Picnic Registration

The Richmond Woodturner's picnic is scheduled for September 17, 2011 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. Sid and Penny Mace have been gracious about providing a wonderful day's activity and we should start thinking about attending and what each member would like to help bring. In the form below, there are list of items to choose from as far as entrees suggested for the picnic. If you have a favorite dish please feel welcome to make what you like and choose other in the form.

Carpooling! - It is a nice country drive about an 1.5 hours from Mechanicsville to Reedville so carpooling is a consideration. Let Lee Scarbrough know if you are interested.

Please fill out the form below so we can get an accurate count for attendance and what entree you choose to bring. Have your information submitted no later than September 9th so we can determine if additional items are necessary and gather a final attendance count.

Directions

Travel east on 360 toward Reedville until you are 3 1/2 miles east of Burgess. Make a left onto 1301 (Locksley Hall Road). Finally, make a left onto Holly Harbor Road (the second left and it is not paved); we are about 1 mile in on the road. The picnic will be to the left and the house is to the right on Holly Harbor Road.
